My wife spent three and a half months at Willow Springs in Palm Desert early in 2026 after a terrible fall. I visited her almost every day and even tasted some of her meals which I thought were very good. I was particularly impressed at how pleasant the staff was. Almost everyone seemed happy, and greeted me as I passed in the hallways. There were always nurses available at the stations, and the people I met who looked after my wife were caring and professional. As she progressed, we walked throughout the well kept facilities and spent time on the patio. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with Willow Springs.
I had an excellent experience with Willow Springs Healthcare Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, comforting atmosphere. The Administration and medical team is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to concerns, explain treatments clearly, and ensure that every patient feels heard and respected. The leadership team is dedicated to provide high-quality care. I would highly recommend Willow Springs to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and reliable healthcare services.

My mom just had hip surgery and needed some rehab to get back to normal, I wish I could say my family had someone to take care of her but we have jobs which would leave her alone and God forbid there was a problem and she had to wait for someone to find her. Like I said this temporary and she know the fast she recovers she will home again . We live in modern world access to any thing you could need so find it hard to believe you are hoping that you will make out alive ,adults are the hardest to take care of set in your mind you know better well how did that work out for you they didn’t cause your situation they are trying to help
My Mom is getting exceptional round the clock care. Will most likely celebrate her 96th birthday in her comfortable room. Also, a big Thank You to Celia in the business office.
This fine facility is a great place according to me ! I’ve been a CNA close To 14 years this by far is the best I’ve seen in the Southern California region the staff is caring understand courteous loving gentle friendly everything you want in a place that will be taking care of your loved one ! The facility is very clean !

They allowed my dad to fall out of his bed 3 times and hit his head which caused him to go into a coma and my mom had to take him off life support just 3 days after coming home from seeing him our family is devastated 💔 they would just put his food infront of him and not help him knowing he couldn’t do it without assistance 😢
